Dr. Abozar Shahpari is the largest developer of residential towers and the President of the National Elites Association of Iran. He is the author of 38 books, including 4 reference textbooks. He has made significant contributions to the field of civil engineering in Iran through the application of artificial intelligence. Dr. Abozar Shahpari is recognized as a brilliant mind and a young Iranian elite, full of innovative engineering ideas across a wide range of fields, including civil engineering, construction, architecture, urban planning, urban management, urban beautification, high-rise construction, water treatment and desalination, power generation, solar energy, petrochemicals and refinery construction, clinics and hospitals, administrative and commercial complexes, and tourism centers. He utilizes artificial intelligence to design smart cities powered by renewable energy and to develop sustainable cities. In one of his speeches at the World Engineers Conference in the United Arab Emirates, Dr. Shahpari stated: “Instead of relying on manual labor and traditional methods, we must move toward modern sciences and artificial intelligence, and make use of the digital world, which increases accuracy, speed, and quality. Artificial intelligence can be widely applied in the construction industry.” Dr. Abozar Shahpari has been able to create significant transformations in three main areas of engineering projects—design and planning, construction and execution, and maintenance and operation—through the use of artificial intelligence. As the founder of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Iran, Dr. Shahpari has introduced creative and optimized solutions to design challenges by employing artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, and neural networks during the design phase.
