Based on a resolution by the boards of directors of these companies permitting the sale of 50% of cooperative-owned lands to non-members, the holding is providing special facilities for the purchase and investment of a limited number of land plots in Gilan Province. These facilities include one-third of the payment in cash, with the remaining balance payable in interest-free installments over 30 months.
